Queen Naija Says She Regrets Getting BBL Surgery: “It Messed Up My Body”

Queen Naija, one of the biggest R&B artists of the past few years, is coming out and warning young women of the downside of getting the popular BBL surgery.

In a recent YouTube show, she explained that she regrets getting the body enhancing surgery. She claims that the surgery altered her body – and may have messed it up permanently.

During the Youtube interview with her boyfriend Clarence, Queen Naija was asked, “What is one thing that you wish you never did?” The beautiful singer responded, “I’m scared to say this … getting fat added to my butt.”

Queen Naija explained that she didn’t know that the doctor was going to add so much fat to her backside, and she regrets her new look. The clip was then edited – to cut out Naija’s further comments on her body.

Queen Naija is an American R&B singer and media personality. Born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, though she was raised majorly in Detroit, Michigan, she started out her career as a vlogger on YouTube and then participated in season 13 of American Idol.

Her self-released song “Medicine” (2017) reached the top 50 of the Billboard Hot 100 in 2018, and she was signed to Capitol Records.

Queen Naija’s self-titled EP was released in 2018 and debuted at number 26 on the Billboard 200. Three singles from the album were certified platinum by the RIAA. In 2020, Queen Naija released her debut album Missunderstood, which debuted and peaked at number 9 on the Billboard 200.
