Funeral Home Announce They Will Not Charge Families Of Children Identified In Texas School Shooting

A Texas funeral home has announced they will not charge the families of the 17 out of 19 children identified in Uvalde, Texas Elementary school shooting for services.

The mother of the Texas shooter has spoken out and says her son was not a violent person. Adriana Reyes says she was surprised to hear the news of the deadly attack.

Reyes says her 18-year-old son, Salvador Ramos, often kept to himself but they weren’t on bad terms. He was shot dead after a shooting left 19 children and two teachers dead and his grandmother in hospital.

Salvador was described by his former classmates as a failed and lonely student who was bullied for being poor and wearing eyeliner.

When referring to him, he was seen as an ’emo’. In addition, his speech problems made him a target of ridicule, according to the Washington Post.

The 18-year-old was a fan of the shooter and combat game Call of Duty.

A neighbor told local news station Newsy that he saw Ramos, who worked at Wendy’s, arguing with his grandmother, claiming he was “mad because he didn’t graduate.”
