Mother Of Six Brittany Booker Killed After Helping Friend Escape Abusive Relationship

A Wisconsin mother of six was fatally shot after she attempted to help her friend who was dealing with an abusive relationship.

Police report Brittany Booker,30, was found unresponsive in her vehicle after she attempted to help a friend who was dealing with an abusive relationship.

She  suffered several injuries which included a gunshot wound to the head on April 24.

Authorities also noted that the suspect, Terry L. Jackson, 42, is still on the loose and he’s considered armed and dangerous. His whereabouts are currently unknown as officers from the Racine Police Department are unable to track him down. Jackson also has previous record for attacking Booker with a hammer back in February.

“We have been searching for him diligently, but somehow, he has managed to elude us, so far.” According to PEOPLE, Jackson was in Booker’s home the day she was killed since he was able to break into the residence.

“He was able to make his way into her home. We won’t discuss subsequent to that. At some point, she left the home, and we were able to locate her in a vehicle,” said Racine Police Chief Maurice Robinson.




Three people were also arrested in connection to the murder and were identified as Alicia Sykes ,Carmelita Walker and, Diamond Hood.
The three women have been accused of harboring a felon. Sykes and Hood were arrested in connection to the February attack.
