Jeannie Mai Admits She & Jeezy Didn't Wait To Make Love After She Gave Birth To Their Child

Jeannie Mai Admits She & Jeezy Didn’t Wait To Make Love After She Gave Birth To Their Child

“The Real” host Jeannie Mai has always been very candid about her s* x life with Jeezy. The couple recently welcomed their child to the world; however, she admits that didn’t stop their sex life.

The host was questioned if she waited to have sex following the birth of her child, which is what doctors recommend to anticipate healing, yet, Mai admitted she and her husband couldn’t wait.

Doctors say new mothers should wait up to six weeks before having sex to aid their healing process. After being asked about it, the talk show co-host admitted that she and Jeezy only waited two weeks before engaging in sexual activity. She said, “No….I think we went two….two weeks.”

Loni Love humorously responded, “Two weeks?! What is happening?! You know what? I am not a doctor, and I do not recommend this.”

The Real co-host Jeannie Mai announced back in March, at age 42, that she and her husband Jeezy were expecting their first child together.

Jeannie told Women’s Health that she never wanted children her entire life, however, falling in love with Jeezy made her see things differently. She described their love as “honest, pure, and safe…something (she) hadn’t felt as a child.”

Jeannie and Jeezy’s pregnancy journey was a long hard road. Back in February 2021, a month before the couple’s wedding, Jeannie discovered she was pregnant. Unfortunately, she miscarried soon after.
