Johnny Depp Denies Ex-Wife Amber Heard’s Claim He ‘Penetrated’ Her ‘With A Bottle’ While Being Held Hostage

Johnny Depp has denied accusations made by his ex-wife Amber Heard in court on Tuesday, claiming that the Hollywood star allegedly penetrated her with a bottle while keeping her hostage for three days during a trip to Australia in 2015.

The shocking assertion was made at a courthouse in Virginia, where Johnny and Amber are currently embroiled in a $100 million defamation lawsuit.

The actor had sued his former flame for $50 million for a 2018 op-ed she wrote in the Washington Post about being a domestic abuse survivor, which Johnny said had strongly alluded to the idea that he was violent in their marriage.

Amber countersued for $100 million, saying she never mentioned the actor by name. During their most recent gathering in court, lawyers for the Aquaman star recalled an alleged incident where Johnny was being accused of holding Amber hostage for three days, hurling liquor bottles at her before inserting one inside her private area.

“He has her jammed up against the bar,” Amber’s attorney, Elaine Bredehoft, recounted, via Mirror. “He has hurled bottles and bottles at her. He has dragged her across the floor on the broken bottles.

“He has punched her. He has kicked her. He has told her he’s going to fu**ing kill her, and he fu**ing hates her. He’s pounding at her, pounding at her. And then, he penetrates her with a liquor bottle.”

While Elaine carried on detailing the serious allegations from 2015, Johnny began to shake his head as if to say “no.”

The father-of-two has heavily denied claims of domestic abuse since their divorce in 2017. Though the former pair were only married for 17 months, Amber revealed that their relationship was very tumultuous and terrorizing in court documents.

A statement has since been released following the latest claim made against Johnny, with a spokesperson saying, “These fictitious claims were never made at the onset of Amber’s allegations in 2016, and only advantageously surfaced years later once she was sued for defamation after noting in her op-ed that she was a victim of ‘sexual violence.’

“Words are key in a defamation case and conveniently, this allegation only came after that. This follows a pattern of her elaborate, erroneous claims which have continued to change and evolve over time for the purpose of Hollywood shock value of which Amber has mastered and used to exploit a serious social movement.”

Benjamin Rottenborn, another lawyer on Amber’s legal team, said that the Pirates of the Caribbean star had attempted to “destroy” his ex-wife’s Hollywood career after their marriage turned sour and the pair were headed for divorce.
