The screenplay for the sci-fi romance back has been in the works since 2013, and is based on “Nick Bannister, a private investigator of the mind, navigates the alluring world of the past when his life is changed by new client Mae. The film does a great job of bringing together talented actors in a thought-provoking, high-impact visual that dabbles in multiple genres and explores the future brought down by climate change and natural world order where the Miami setting is far from the beach city we recognize today.
