Kim Kardashian recently underwent a new butt reduction surgery. According to a person close to the reality star, Kim is in the midst of a complete image change.

“Kim is still trying to be sexy, but more classy sexy. She’ changing her body to look more runway model, and less Instagram model,” according to MTO.

In a couple shots showing her body from two different angles – front and back – in a barely-there black bikini, the reality star smiled and smirked for the camera.

She put her butt on display in the first shot, wearing just a thong bottom to cover part of her famous behind. Standing barefoot on the beach, Kim kept her long black hair tied up in a low bun, leaving her tiny waist and toned back in full view.

The insider claims that Kim was already undergone liposuction, removing fat from her butt. But the image change is not just a physical one. Kim’s hoping to be taken more seriously as well.

The insider continued, “Kim is not just a reality star or a model, she wants to be looked at as a humanitarian and a businesswoman.”

Last month, Kim made headlines after her unphotoshopped pictures were leaked out by paparazzi showing her legs with cellulite.
