Eminem’s Ex-wife, Kim Scott, Hospitalized Following Alleged Suicide Attempt

Eminem’s ex-wife, Kim Scott, was reportedly hospitalized following an alleged suicide attempt.

Per TMZ, police report that they had received a call about a suicidal person at a Michigan home. Upon arrival at the home, police had to restrain Scott.

Officers discovered that the 46-year-old had multiple cuts on her arms and legs, with blood on the floor. She was taken to the hospital to be evaluated and is now recovering at home. The alleged incident happened after Scott’s mother died.

Kim’ also previously lost her sister, Dawn Scott, to a heroin overdose in 2016.

“Dawn was my sweet, beautiful sister who lost her way,” Kim wrote in a condolence book. “I kept a light lit for her hoping she’d find her way back to me. I miss her and love her more than anything I could ever say. I wish she was here so I could hug her and tell her I love her. Half of me is gone and I will never feel whole again. She made me laugh and kept me on my toes. She was the best sister and friend in the world and I will miss her until we are together again.”

Eminem and Kim were married in 1999, they share daughter Hailie together. They got divorced in 2001, before briefly getting remarried in 2006.
