London’s Alleged Baby Mama DayyBella Wants Him Jailed & Fined $1K Per Day For Not Taking Court-Ordered DNA Test

Last month, London on da Track was proven to be the father of Dayira Jones 1-year-old child. The Social media influencer shared some DNA test results as receipt that London is the father of her son.

It was reported at the time that London On Da Track tried to impose a gag order on her in an attempt to prevent her from making disparaging comments about him.

According to Bossip, Dayira Jones who goes by Dayybella on Instagram, wants the ace producer fined 1,000 for every day for noncompliance and jailed for not taking court-ordered DNA test.

In the documents obtained by Bossip, the alleged baby mother filed a lawsuit against London, in which he was accused of ignoring a court-ordered DNA test, stalling “for as long as possible” to avoid paying child support.

The media outlet added that the producer stopped giving Dayybella assistance, back in February of this year, once he started to question the paternity of the child.

DayyBella is reportedly a stay-at-home mom and needs immediate financial assistance for the child, who receives health insurance through Medicare. She also requested that the judge ordered London to pay temporary, emergency support, until the DNA situation is resolved.
