YNW Melly Shares New Album ‘Melly Vs Melvin’ Release Date

For those that have been longing to hear new music from rapper YNW Melly. Put on the smile, y’all will be getting a full project from the incarcerated rapper before the week runs out.

YNW Melly has since been locked up in prison for allegedly killing his two friends in cold blood. Although he insist he’s innocent as there are no enough proves that he is responsible for the death of his friends.

He’s facing a death penalty if convicted. But he seems rest assured to be coming back home. And that’s not just all, he’s been teasing the release of his new album from behind bars for months now.

Back in August, he made an announcement on Instagram, letting fans know that a new project is officially on the way.

He posted a photo of himself on the phone in his orange jumpsuit, smiling bright and appearing to be in good spirits. He hashtagged “Melly Vs. Melvin,” which is very likely the title of his new album.

Then yesterday, he uncovered its official artwork, a juxtaposition of the recording artist at two different stages in his life haunts the cover and shows us both personalities that live within his brain.

Melly has been receiving support from fans and fellow artists, including Trippie Redd, Tee Grizzley, Tierra Whack, and more. It feels like a lot of folks want Melly out of jail, awarding him a second chance to make it in the industry.
