Food Thief – Lizzo Promises To Be More Responsible

Lizzo surprisingly took to twitter to call out ‘Postmate’ delivery girl for allegedly stealing her food. In a since deleted tweet, she shared a picture of the alleged thief and captioned it “This girl Tiffany W. stole my food she lucky I don’t fight no more.”

Fans dragged her for shaming the girl publicly and she felt uncomfortable afterwards.

A fan commented “Imagine exposing this workers name and likeness to like a million people over a missed delivery holy shit dude.”

Another said “Publicly shaming someone in the service industry (esp. when you’re wealthy) is worse than stealing food.”

The ‘Truth Hurts’ singer realized her mistake and returned to twitter to apologize for her ignorance.

“I apologize for putting that girl on blast. I understand I have a large following and that there were so many variables that could’ve put her in danger. Imma really be more responsible with my use of social media and check my petty and my pride at the door,” she wrote.

And sure fans would react.. Many have been praising her for realizing her mistake and making amendment. A fan jokingly asked her to feature the delivery girl on her next track.
