Lil Nas X has broken and set new record showing the world he’s here to stay. The Old Town Road crooner has released his long anticipated album ‘Project 7’ which has hit tracks like ‘Panini’ and ‘C7osure’ in it.

Lil Nas X can no longer be referred to as a one hit wonder with couple of hit tracks on his name now. He is simply here to stay, so fasten your seat belt and enjoy the ride.

He has been all over the news ever since he came out as gay and has received lots of support from fans after opening up. Though he later claimed he was joking but it was too late. If he actually is then he’ll be a great influence as one of LGBTQ artist if not the greatest of them all.

Yay! “Old Town Road” has also become the longest-running hip-hop single to stay at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song received controversial issues on whether it’s a Country music or not which later led to the removal from Billboard Country Music chart.

The song has been the biggest hit in the world for thirteen straight weeks, which was enough for Lil Nas X to make history.

According to Chart Data, thirteen weeks is enough for “Old Town Road” to pass Eminem’s “Lose Yourself,” Black Eyed Peas’ “Boom Boom Pow” and Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again” to become the longest-running hip-hop No. 1 single of all time.
