Kodak Black Might Be Going To Jail
Kodak Black is facing up to 30 years in prison, for allegedly raping a woman – she says he “bit her” during the attack. The 19 year old Florida rapper goes on trial in April.
Kodak, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, was charged with sexual battery.

Police say that he raped a female victim inside a Florence hotel room on (or about) Feb. 7. According to his arrest warrant, the 19-year-old rapper “forced the victim onto the bed in the room and then onto the floor of the room”
Neither the victim’s age nor her identity has been disclosed in the warrant, which was signed by Judge Belinda B. Timmons on May 26. The victim has expressly identified Kodak as her attacker.
