The incident happened outside the Urban Ventures building in the 3000 block of 4th Avenue South back on Nov. 29.

Police were called to the scene around 9 a.m. with a report of a person suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Court documents revealed that the victim was , Savannah Ryan Williams, 38, who sadly died.

Police reviewed the surveillance footage from the area, and spotted a man, Damarean Kaylon Bible, walking towards where Savannah was found at around 5 a.m. that day. About 45 minutes later, he can be seen walking away but Savannah never did.

Police ended up tracking him down and arrested him at an apartment downtown. He was charged with second-degree murder.
