Keefe D Pleads ‘Not Guilty’ To Tupac’s Murder Case

Keefe Davis showed up to court for his arraignment in the 1996 killing of Tupac Shakur yesterday and pleaded ‘not guilty’ to the murder charge,

Keefe D is being represented by special public defenders Robert Arroyo and Charles Cano.

Keefe D was charged with the Category A felony of “murder with the use of a deadly weapon with the intent to promote, further or assist a criminal gang.”

The former Bad Boy affiliate spoke with DJ Vlad and The Art of Dialogue several times about the night of the murder.

He also claimed Diddy put a hit out on the later rapper, offering $1 million for Pac’s death but never paid out.

“Today justice will be served in the murder of Tupac Shakur,” Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said at the time. “I know a lot of people have been watching and waiting for this day.”
