California Court Allows Michael Jackson’s Accusers To Revive Abuse Allegations
The two men who have accused Michael Jackson of sexually abusing them as children are able to resume their lawsuits against companies owned by the singer, who died in 2009, a California appeals court ruled on Friday.
The lawsuits were previously dismissed twice.
Known as the “King of Pop”, Michael Jackson is regarded as one of the most significant cultural figures of the 20th century.
