Ja Morant Pulls Out Gun On Live Again During Car Ride

Couple months back, the NBA star Ja Morant was suspended for posting a video of himself inside a Denver nightclub, waving a firearm.

Apparently, the baller appears to not have learned his lesson.

Yesterday he was on IG Live driving around Memphis with a few of his homies, and he appeared to be waving a handgun. Here’s the video:

It’s however noteworthy that Memphis in Tennessee is an open carry state. In Memphis is it is perfectly legal to have a firearm, even outside. So it doesn’t appear that the superstar basketball player is doing anything illegal.

He was previously suspended for eight games and already lost 1.5 million dollars of his 2022/23 salary due to conduct detrimental to the league.

That incident may have indirectly cost him much more, as he missed out on the opportunity to earn an additional 39m dollars over the next five seasons by not being named to the All-NBA first team, nor to the second or third teams either.

Morant is estimated to miss out on 39m dollars because he hasn’t made it to the All-NBA first team.
