Engaged Couple Shot & Killed By Landlord, Landlord Killed In Shootout With Police

An engaged couple in Canada were shot and killed by their landlord over a tenant dispute before later losing his life to the police.

The 57-year-old landlord, whose name has not been released yet, shot the couple while they were trying to flee the premises.

They both died at the scene before police arrived.

The story doesn’t end there, the landlord ended up barricading himself in his property where he armed himself with multiple registered firearms as negotiators tried to get him to surrender peacefully.

After failing to surrender, he then fired shots at a police vehicle resulting in police striking him dead.

As of now, six investigators and four forensic investigators have been assigned to the case. No further statements have been released.

“Now everybody bloodclaat dead and stranger take the house,” someone commented. “Unbelievable all he had to do was evict them,” another person wrote.
