Update On Jamie Foxx Condition: He’s Steadily Improving

Jamie Foxx is reportedly on the mend after suffering a medical complication.
The star actor is “steadily improving” a source told People on Friday.

A separate source also told the outlet that production on “Back In Action” — the movie Foxx is currently filming — was “shut down” on Wednesday following his health scare.

However, photos showed filming resuming the following day with a stand-in being used for the 55-year-old Oscar winner.

Foxx’s rep didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Fans first learned of the “Day Shift” actor’s condition after his daughter and “Beat Shazam” co-host Corinne Foxx revealed that her dad was in “recovery” following the medical scare.

Jamie, who is just 55 years old, reportedly suffered what doctors are calling a “brain bleed.” The doctors believe that the bleed, or hemorrhage, was minor, and that Jamie is expected to make a full recovery from it.

The insider told us that Jamie was suffering from headaches, and decided to get himself checked out. That’s when doctors realized that here was an issue, and hospitalized him.
