Ciara Faces Backlash For Telling Women ‘You Don’t Need A Man’ In New Anthem

R&B singer Ciara is living her best life, mostly because she married Russell Wilson, one of the highest paid players in the National Football League.

Now Ciara is telling her fans that they too can live their best life, but that they should do it without a man.

However, folks on Twitter are not having it and have been ripping Ciara in shreds. “This is for the girls that don’t need no man” while standing in your man’s house living in luxury with his money is crazy,” someone tweeted.

“Love. That independent woman mindset has set us back a few years. We want it abolished,” another person wrote.

“Ciara please stop this now. We’re tired of being independent, we want a life like yours please stop promoting this type of music when you going straight home to get loved on,” added someone else.
