Nick Cannon Claims He’s Done Having Children: “I Think I’m Good Right Now”

Nick Cannon says he might be done having kids after he is expected to welcome his 12th child into the world with Alyssa Scott, who birthed his late son Zen.

Nick spoke with Billboard about the joys of being a father to so many amazing children. He says that being their dad motivates him to work harder. When asked if he plans to continue to grow his football team of kids, Nick was a little hesitant to answer.

“I don’t know, man,” Cannon said. “I have no idea. I think I’m good right now!”

Cannon has had a whirlwind year, growing his family from seven kids to 11 all before December. He’s also expecting another child, his twelfth, with model Alyssa Scott.

Cannon told Billboard News that his many children were his “number one priority obviously.”

“I wake up being a father thinking about my kids and everything else comes after that,” Cannon said.

Cannon has said he would slow down on having kids before. Back when he was expecting his eighth child earlier this year, he told reporters that he would take a vow of celibacy, as recommended by his therapist.
