Man Who Went Viral In 2018 ‘Wildneck’ For His Mugshot Arrested Again On Stalking Charges
A man from Pensacola, Florida who gained internet fame following his previous arrests is back in Escambia County Jail, according to authorities.
Charles McDowell, 35, was booked into Escambia County Jail Sunday on charges of aggravated stalking and withholding support.
He is being held without bond. McDowell gained more than 1 million followers on social media following a 2018 arrest and release of his mugshot.

He put out rap songs under the name “Wide Neck.”
According to his newest arrest report, McDowell committed the offense of aggravated stalking on Aug. 24 in Escambia County.
The report states McDowell showed up at a woman’s home and also sent her threatening text messages.
