Drake Shades Serena Williams On ‘Middle Of The Ocean’ Off New Album ‘Her Loss’, Calls Her Husband A Groupie

Drake and 21 Savage recently released their highly anticipated album ‘Her Loss’. The 16-track release features an appearance from Travis Scott and Lil Yachty.

Drake has since been trending on social media for his supposed misogynistic lyrics. Drizzy outrightly went after some female rappers on the album.

Drake dissed Megan Thee Stallion, accusing her of lying about being shot by Tory Lanez on ‘Circo Loco.’ He as well shaded Cardi B on ‘On BS’. The Canadian superstar also dissed Ice Spice on ‘BackOutsideBoyz‘.

On ‘Middle Of The Ocean’ Drizzy shades his ex girlfriend Serena Williams, throwing clear shots at her husband. “Sidebar, Serena, your husband a groupie,” Drake raps. “He claim we don’t got a problem but No, boo, it is like you comin’ for sushi. We might pop up on ’em at will like Suzuki. Kawasaki, sushi, saké, the money grow on trees like shiitake,” he added.

Drake became a fan of Serena Williams back in 2011 and began watching her matches from the stands. He was spotted at a number of her games cheering her on from the sidelines.

During his trip to London in 2015, Drizzy was pictured spending his spare time supporting Serena Williams at Wimbledon. He sat alongside her team in the stands and reportedly spent time with her off the court.

Things began heating up between Drake and Serena when they were spotted making out in the VIP section of a restaurant in Cincinnati, US. Photos and video footage of the moment began circulating on the Internet.

The pair’s romantic links may be long in the past, with Serena now married with her first child, but that hasn’t stopped Drake from stopping by Wimbledon to watch the tennis whilst he’s in London after a surprise performance at Wireless Festival.
