Tia Mowry Files For Divorce From Husband Cory Hardrict After 14 Years Of Marriage

New report reaching us at Dreddsworld is that Tia Mowry has filed for divorce from her husband Cory Hardrict after 14 years of marriage.

According to The Blast, Tia Mowry filed the dissolution of marriage in Los Angeles County Courts and is citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the split.

The television star is asking for joint custody of her two children and wants the court to terminate its ability to award spousal support to either party.

Tia has reportedly hired Kim Kardashian’s lawyer, Laura Wasser to represent her in the case. The couple did have a prenup, which will allow them to keep “ all assets and obligations of each party.”

Tia Mowry then addressed the news saying that the divorce is not without sadness but they’ll maintain a friendship.

“I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways. These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children.”

She continued, “I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.”
