Kay Flock Has Been Working Out In Jail, Shows Off Impressive Weight Gain
Back in December of last year, Kay Flock was arrested for the murder of a 24-year-old, and the Bronx rapper has been busy fighting the case ever since.
Regardless of his legal woes, Flock has been releasing a number of singles, including the Fivio Foreign collab “Make A Movie” and “Brotherly Love (Pt. 2)” with B-Lovee.
Apparently, Kay Flock has been doing some push ups in jail as he’s seen buffed up in new jail pic. The rapper did well to send a message to all of his fans assuring them he’ll be home soon.

“If they cut my toes off ima stand on my palms. I’ll be back real soon!! Just wait on it,” he wrote.
Last month, Kay dropped another single titled “DOA” featuring Set Da Trend. The track is under two-minutes in length, but Kay clearly has a lot to say.
The 19-year-old rapper calls out Sha Gz for talking trash about him and Dougie B. “If you ridin’ with them, then you getting tapped,” Kay growls.
