“I Know How It Feel To Have A Knee On My Neck Now” – Kanye West Apologizes To Black People

Earlier this month Kanye West stunned his African American fanbase after debuting ‘White Lives Matter’ t-shirts for Paris fashion week.

He claimed George Floyd was killed by a drug overdose and not the police officer who kneeled on his neck for 9 minutes.

Ye is trying to get Black support, after being blackballed for making antisemitic comments. The first step in his plan to getting Black people to redeem him, is to apologize. Yesterday Ye apologizes for his comments about George Floyd.

According to Forbes, Kanye West is no longer a billionaire. The report states that Ye’s deal with adidas amounted for 1.5 billion of his net worth. If you can recall, we previously reported that Adidas has severed ties with Kanye after is anti-semitic rants.

Per the report, without Adidas, Ye is worth $400 million. The remainder of Ye’s fortune, Forbes estimates, comes from real estate, cash, his music catalog, and a 5% stake in ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s shapewear firm, Skims.

Ye doesn’t have the best relationship with Forbes regarding his net worth. When he first made their billionaires list with an estimated $1 billion, Kanye contacted them and stated . “It’s $3.3 billion since no one at Forbes knows how to count.”

So far, it doesn’t seem like Black people are ready to accept Kanye’s apology … here’s what Black Twitter is saying:
