Blac Chyna has served a cease and desist to a social media influencer who claimed that she kidnapped and sex trafficked her.

According to TMZ, Ava Louise made a series of TikTok videos claiming that Blac Chyna lured her to her house and held her captive and attempted to sex traffic her.

Blac Chyna quickly debunked these rumors. In the legal letter, obtained by TMZ, Chyna says everything Ava’s alleging is “false, extreme and outrageous” and her lawyers are demanding that she immediately cease and desist or face the legal consequences.

Blac Chyna’s legal team is also taking aim at Ava’s credibility, claiming that it’s part of a pattern of “menacing and outrageous conduct” to increase Ava’s social media platform.

Ava was previously threatened with a cease and desist by Kris Jenner for spewing rumors about Kim and Kanye in the past.

The influencer recalled the alleged traumatic morning and said, “Blac Chyna held me hostage and I’m pretty sure she was trying to sex traffic me.”

According to Ava Louise, her interactions with the former reality star started on IG. Blac Chyna allegedly DM’d her to see if she wanted to collab on OnlyFans content. After talking on Facetime, Ava Louise agreed to meet Blac Chyna at her L.A. home at 4 a.m.

Ava Louise continued and shared that upon her arrival she had to sign an NDA “unlike any NDA” she’s ever signed before. Allegedly, she was required to put down key “identifying features” about her physical look, including her “hair color, eye color, and height” on the legal document.

After signing the NDA that’s when things turned sour and Blac Chyna allegedly said, “All the things you read about me kidnapping people are true.”
