Judge Rules 80 Year Old R. Kelly Must Receive Mental Health Counseling Upon His Release From Prison

Whether R. Kelly is coherent once he’s released or not, a judge is not playing with his a**!

According to TMZ, despite being in his 80s upon his release from prison in 30 years, a judge ruled he’ll have to undergo counseling for a sexual disorder once he’s out.

Per the report, “Judge Ann M. Donnelly ordered mental health treatment for the singer upon his release…. his treatment will include therapy for an unspecified sexual disorder, and he must avoid all contact with anyone under 18.”

Prosecutors have labeled Kelly a menace to society. They don’t want to risk the chance of those grimy little hands touching anyone else they’re not supposed to.

The trial went on for just about over a month, where Kelly’s legal team called on several of ex-Kelly employees and associates all saying, under oath, they never saw Kelly abuse anyone.

Prosecutors, brought dozens of witnesses to the stand, countering those claims, some said Kelly had managers, bodyguards and assistants who rounded up his potential victims before the singer groomed them for unwanted sex, among other things.

A fan of R. Kelly was recently taken into custody in the Chicago area on federal charges claiming he threatened to “storm” the U.S. attorney’s office in New York.
