Lil Durk Deletes IG Mid Reports Atlanta Prosecutors Are Building RICO Case Against Him

Lil Durk is undoubtedly one of the biggest hip hop stars in the world – but he may soon end up in prison. According to reports reaching us at Dreddsworld, Durk’s legal team is battening down the hatches, as they prepare for a possible criminal indictment against the rapper.

Fulton County’s top prosecutor Fani Willis is making a name for herself by indicting hip hop stars, and alleging that they are the leaders of criminal organizations.

Her office has already indicted two top rappers, Young Thug and Gunna, and charged them under the Georgia RICO statute. Each rapper Is currently in jail with no bail, and faces 20+ years in prison.

Reports reaching us claim Durk’s lawyers are warning him that he is likely the next target of the aggressive prosecutor. Fani spoke out recently, and told the media to expect 2 more RICO cases in Atlanta in the next 60 days. Durk and his girlfriend India both live in Fulton County.

“Durk’s lawyers say that Georgia prosecutors have arrested people [associated with Durk’s label] OTF and are offering them deals to flip on Durk,” an insider claims. “It’s only a matter of time before someone [flips] and accepts a deal to implicate Durk.”

And Durk appears to be taking action too. He has shut down his Instagram page over the weekend, and deleted all past posts – which could link him to anyone being watched by Georgia prosecutors. His Instagram page had tens of millions of followers, and was instrumental to pushing the rapper’s music.

Durk left this ominous message to fans before he shut it down however, saying he was “taking a break.” Another person fans are suspecting might be next is Lil Baby and his 4PF crew.
