Gunna Has Been Denied Bail Again
The Superior Court Denies Gunna Bail
The superior court judge agreed with the previous ruling that Gunna poses a threat to property and the community and could intimidate witnesses.
According to news, the judge denied a motion for bond today for association with the alleged Young Slime Life street gang.
Gunna was denied bail previously on May 23 by a Fulton County judge.next Trial Date Scheduled January 9th 2023. Gunna, whose legal name is Sergio Kitchens, is one of the 28 alleged gang members named in the Fulton County district attorney’s indictment.

He was previously denied bond with prosecutor Don Geary, accusing Gunna of being one of the leaders of YSL. He claims that Gunna is in a “command” position and has the ability to order hits and could intimidate witnesses.
Gunna’s defense calls those claims false.
He was forced to celebrate his 29th birthday in jail. Gunna shared a lengthy note on Instagram, maintaining his innocence on his special day.
“22 & 2, just a bed & a shower, no windows just walls. Can’t see or talk to anyone. I’m writing now & still praying everyday . I was raised to fight fire with water, even tho my country’s amendments have failed me! PROTECT BLACK ART” he wrote in the caption.
