Feds Claim There’s Prove YNW Melly Authorized Killing Of His Own Mother

YNW Melly is fighting double murder and facing life in prison or death penalty. The rapper is standing trial for the murders of two of his friends.

Melly is being held after he was charged with two counts of first-degree murder in February 2019 for allegedly shooting YNW Sakchaser and YNW Juvy.

New reports reaching us at Dreddsworld is that YNW Melly might have authorized the killing of his own mother before he was arrested. Feds claim they have prove Melly wanted to put a hit out on his own mother.

“If you read his phone, there’s narcotics trafficking, firearms violations, authorizing killing of his mother. Those are things that you would consider ‘authorizing’,” court documents read.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty as they claim “the capital felony was committed for pecuniary gain, the capital felony was especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel, the capital felony was a homicide and was committed in a cold, calculated, and premeditated manner without any pretense of moral or legal justification.”

Couple of weeks back, we reported that a police detective will testify against YNW Melly in court.

Detective Christopher Williams will be called by prosecutors as an expert witness, where he will tell the jury it was “more likely” Melly fired the fatal shots inside a car.
