Jasmine Davis Quits Show After Submitting Fake Vaccine Card
It looks like “The Chi” star Jasmine Davis won’t be returning to the hit series after reportedly submitting a fake vaccination card, per Page Six.
The 30-year-old actress, who played Imani, hasn’t announced exactly what caused her to quit the show; however, she recently wrote on Twitter that she plans on revealing why she left “that very toxic environment.”
Yet, unnamed sources told the entertainment news outlet that producers learned Davis submitted false documents, which motivated them to open an investigation.

“Jasmine asked for a vaccination exemption when she submitted a vaccination card for the prior season. This triggered an investigation and Jasmine then quit the show,” said the unidentified source.
Back in April, Davis confirmed her departure from the show before the fifth season was announced. She informed fans that she left the show because she was unhappy.
The openly transgender actress tweeted, “4(for) 2 years I’ve been bullied 4 being on a show that was kind of a nightmare & the moment I clap back Instagram flag my comment as harassing them for trying to harass me on my page it’s unfair how they can come on my page and say whatever with no consequences.”
