Ray J Gives Horrible Verzuz Performance, His Voice Cracked While Singing ‘One Wish’

Last night, Omarion and Mario’s headlined a Verzuz which got delayed, after R&B singer Ray J had a Kanye-type public meltdown.

Ray J, Bobby V, Pleasure P, and Sammie performed on the pre-show, and it dragged on, fans in the comment section became restless.

Things really went south when Ray J performed his song One Wish, and his voice started to snap, crackle and pop. Watch the viral video below:

Sammy, Pleasure P and Bobby V tried to save Ray J, by taking over the song, and harmonizing Ray’s lyrics.

Ray J then went on stage, and later on social media to apologize to his fans and to explain what happened to his voice. According to Ray J, carrying the baby on stage threw him off. He says that he plans on making it up to fans, and showing them that he really can sing.

Ray J is a singer, actor and television personality. Born in McComb, Mississippi, and raised in Carson, California, he is the younger brother of recording artist and actress Brandy Norwood and the first cousin of rapper Snoop Dogg.

In January 2017, he competed in the nineteenth season of the UK reality television programme Celebrity Big Brother.
