Eric Holder, The man accused of murdering Nipsey Hussle got the paws put on him while in custody and was unable to attend his trial on Tuesday because he was receiving treatment for his injuries, according to Rolling Loud.

The beat down went down on Monday. Eric Holder, 32, got into an altercation some point after he left a Los Angeles courtroom around 4 p.m.

It wasn’t immediately clear where the incident occurred, but Eric, a Rollin’ 60s gang member, is supposed to be kept away from other inmates when he’s transported to and from the court, considering the high-profile nature of his case. The extent of Holder’s injuries was also scarce Tuesday, but the source said he suffered more than a black eye.

Holder is charged 1 count of murder, 2 counts of attempted murder (two other people were injured by gunshots during the incident) and 1 count of possession of a firearm by a felon. He could face up to Life is convicted.

According to a witness named Cowboy, Nipsey Hussle and Holder had a brief conversation before the shooting happened.

Nipsey allegedly told Holder that there was “paperwork floating around” on him and that he “needed to take care of it”. Holder then replied to Nipsey saying “You be hating on me.” Cowboy insisted that Nipsey wasn’t confrontational with Holder and never called him a snitch.

Holder was just upset that Nipsey called him out. He alleges that after Holder gunned Nipsey down he walked over to him and kicked him in the head. He then said to him, “You’re Through”, to which Nipsey replied, “You got me.”
