NYC Man Makes Off With $200K From Unlocked ATM At TD Bank

It was a lucky day for this lil thief. A lil sticky finger bandit made of with $200,000 from an Midtown TD Bank after the storage compartment was just sitting wide open

According to NY Post, the thief walked inside the ATM area and saw that the drawers had been left open.

The bandit ran outside and came back with a lil black plastic bag and helped himself to the cash just sitting.

The NYPD on Saturday said he removed “two sleeves of money” from the “unlocked” ATM inside the bank.

The suspect, which I hate to say, was as a black male, 5 foot 6, wearing red shorts and a black top. There were no arrests and no one was injured, cops said.

In related news, always protect your ATM card and keep it in a safe place, just like you would cash, credit cards or checks.

Never give any information about your ATM card or PIN over the telephone. For example, if you receive a call, supposedly from your bank or possibly the police, wanting to verify your PIN, do not give that information. Notify the police immediately.
