Lil Tjay Is Awake, Alert And Talking

Sources familiar with Lil Tjay‘s situation tell Dreddsworld he’s awake and alert, even speaking on his own.

What’s most promising is that doctors recently removed his breathing tube, and when speaking, his voice sounds just like it did before the scary incident.

Our sources say Lil Tjay was shot multiple times — in the chest and neck area — and now that he’s able to communicate, cops want to speak with him on the details surrounding the shooting.

We reported earlier on rumors swirling around that Lil Tjay is now paralyzed. That rumor is false and he’s now making significant progress in his recovery.

Tjay was shot at a shopping promenade in Edgewater just after midnight Wednesday. According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, it was an attempted robbery against the rapper and two of his friends.

Three men have since been arrested in connection to the rapper’s shooting. Tjay’s alleged shooter has also been identified as a 27 year old man Mohamed Konate.

We reported earlier that Lil Tjay and his friends allegedly shot the man arrested for shooting and robbing him in the morning of the incident.
