Lil Tjay’s Alleged Shooter & Robber Was Also Shot In The Morning Of The Incident & Was Rushed To The Hospital As Well

Lil Tjay was shot at a shopping promenade in Edgewater just after midnight Wednesday, in what the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office called an attempted robbery against the rapper and two of his friends.

Three men have since been arrested in connection to the rapper’s shooting. Tjay’s alleged shooter has also been identified as a 27 year old man Mohamed Konate.

He’s been accused of firing at the rapper, who’s real name is Tione Merritt, as well as Jeffrey Valdez, 24, and Antoine Boyd, 22, both of the Bronx, who were with him. Tjay was struck multiple times in the maelstrom, which also injured Boyd, Prosecutors said Wednesday night.

Well, new reports reaching us at Dreddsworld is that Lil Tjay and his friends allegedly shot the man arrested for shooting and robbing him in the morning of the incident. Apparently, Lil Tjay’s shooting was in retaliation.

It’s also gathered that Lil Tjay’s alleged shooter was hospitalized as well after he was shot in the morning of the incident. We’ll update you once there are new details.

We shared earlier that Lil Tjay is still unconscious after surgery and is scheduled for a CAT Scan. Report says outside of moving his legs yesterday, he’s made no other bodily movements.

Lil Tjay’s lungs collapsed twice after being shot multiple times. It’s also rumored that Lil Tjay was set up by a woman he met in the nightclub in New Jersey.
