Kris Jenner Speaks Out After Family Wins Trial Against Blac Chyna: 'I'm Just Glad It's Over'

Kris Jenner Reacts To Family Winning Trial Against Blac Chyna

The Kardashian-Jenner family got a verdict in their defamation case with Blac Chyna just as the 2022 Met Gala was getting started — and Kris Jenner shared her thoughts while walking the red carpet.

“I’m just glad it’s over,” the momager, 66, told Entertainment Tonight when she arrived at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday, May 2.

When asked how she got through it mentally, Kris responded saying; “Pray. I I live in my faith and just hope that you know that’s enough. And yeah, I’m I’m glad it’s over and I’m glad it’s over for the girls so yeah and we’re here tonight to celebrate so yeah.”

The entrepreneur attended the event with her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, and all five of her daughters: Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner.

Blac Chyna filed the lawsuit against the family in 2017 after the cancellation of her former reality show, Rob & Chyna, which followed her life with ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian.

During the trial, Kris, Kim, 41, Khloé, 37, and Kylie, 24, all took the stand to testify about the alleged abuse in Rob, 35, and Chyna’s relationship. The duo, who split in 2017, share daughter Dream, 5.

The Kardashians’ attorney Michael G. Rhodes attempted to have the case dismissed last month, but a judge ruled that the case could proceed.
