Khloe Kardashian Says People Don’t Get To See The ‘Good Side’ Of Ex Tristan Thompson Because Of His Past

Regardless of their history together, Khloe Kardashian still appears to have Tristan Thompson’s back, having sat down for an interview on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast this week to address her former love life with the Chicago Bulls NBA player.

As fans may be aware, Khloe and Tristan reconciled at the start of the pandemic after having called it quits when a string of infidelity reports surfaced, clearly indicating that Tristan hadn’t been faithful to his on-off girlfriend.

And though Khloe firmly believed that the father-of-three had changed his ways when she decided to give him another chance in early 2020, things fell apart yet again in November 2021 when Instagram model and fitness enthusiast Maralee Nichols asserted she was pregnant with Tristan’s baby — a claim which he previously denied up until a paternity test determined he was, in fact, the child’s father.

While the pair are no longer together, Khloe revealed on the podcast that her former flame is “always gonna be in my life” because they share four-year-old daughter True together. On top of that, she said that Tristan is a “great dad,” which is the only thing she wants to focus her attention on moving forward.

Because of what has transpired in their relationship in the past, the Good American founder believes that people can’t see the good sides to her ex-boyfriend “because they’re all overshadowed by, like, the personal stuff that’s going on between him and I.”

But despite his questionable past, Khloe wanted to make it known that Tristan is still a “good person” — he’s just not a good partner.

“I want everyone to still have a fair shot at just being happy and having a good life,” she continued. Her discussion about where things currently stand between her and Tristan weren’t the only hard-hitting topics Khloe discussed during her candid sit-down chat.
