Arkansas Rapper Bankroll Freddie Granted Release Under Strict Conditions

Incarcerated Arkansas rapper Bankroll Freddie has now been granted release but under strict conditions. He is not allowed out after 11pm, can’t associate with any convicted felons.

Bankroll Freddie will be allowed to record music and shoot videos but can’t possess guns, real or pro, in those videos.

The rapper will be tested for drug periodically. Bankroll Freddie was arrested in Arkansas on Thursday (April 14). He was indicted on three charges; possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a machine gun, and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Bankroll Freddie’s bodyguard testified that one of the weapons found in the truck was actually his & was left from a previous trip. Documents say Freddie will be released to the custody of that bodyguard with whom he will live with.

Freddie joined the Quality Control team in 2019 after releasing his single “Drip Like This” and the Saved By the Bales mixtape, followed by 2020’s From Trap to Rap album, had features from Lil Baby, Lil Yachty, Moneybagg Yo and Young Dolph.

After singing to Motown Records in 2020, he dropped the 2021 single “Add It Up, followed by the Megan Thee Stallion collab “Pop It” from his 2021 album Big Bank.

The rapper dropped the single “Picking Sides” featuring Icewear Vezzo last week and teased that his From Trap to Rap 2 album will be released on April 22.
