Amber Heard may be facing perjury charges if new photo evidence is proven to show Heard used a “bruise kit” to support her claim that she suffered beatings at the hands of Johnny Depp.

According to Radar Online, a candid photo was submitted to the court in Fairfax Country, Virginia, which is deciding the fate of Depp and Heard’s intense defamation cases.

It appears the photo has been analyzed to show what allegedly is said to be a make-up palette routinely available for purchase online.

The “bruise kit” is composed of a variety shades of foundation and make-up used to simulate what a battered face would look like. The kit was found in the image of Depp “passed out” with ice cream dribbling down his legs.

If Depp’s legal team can establish that Heard used, purchased, or owned this make-up kit, or something similar, she could be found to have committed perjury,” one legal source said.

However, Heard insisted to the jury she used it to cover up bruises allegedly inflicted upon her by Depp.

Last week, Amber Heard said she is not to blame for the poop Johnny Depp found in his bed, insisting that it was the dog who had been experiencing bowel problems after ingesting weed.
