Tory Lanez Blasts Benzino For Clowning His Daughter Coi Leray’s Projected Album Sales

Rapper Benzino and his daughter Coi Leray have been feuding online for a while now and just when we thought they’d settled their differences, the two reignited their war online.

Last week, Coi Leray claimed that her father Benzino, former co-owner of The Source, became “broke” after he was ousted from the famed hip-hop magazine.

“My dad lost The Source when I was like nine,” she said while promoting her new album ‘Trendsetter’ on The Breakfast Club. “Once it was gone, I was old enough to understand life and it was gone after that. Reality hit, we were broke, and we were figuring things out.”

Following report that Coi Leray’s album ‘Trendsetter’ is on pace to sell 11k first week, Benzino decided to clown his own daughter for what seems like a flop.

He reposted the projected numbers with someone’s assertion that “If she had track with Benzino I woulda listened,” adding laughing emojis.

However, Canadian rapper Tory Lanez slid through for Coi Leray, checking Benzino for making fun of his own daughter: “I’d never laugh at my own daughter.. type of sh*t is that?” Tory wrote.

In a series of tweets prior, Coi called her dad “bitter and evil” and alleged that he threatened her and her mother. “My dad is texting my mom threatening her and me because I said he went broke on the breakfast club on the day of my album release,” she tweeted.

She pleaded that he gets help. “I hate to bring this shit to social media but my father need help,” she continued. “Sorry if I offended you on breakfast club but don’t treatment me or my mom because you hate to admit that we went broke after the source.”
