Azealia Banks Urges Rappers To Stop Killing Each Other: ‘This Murder Sh*t Really Has To F***ing Stop’
Azealia Banks has taken to Instagram to share her thoughts on the current state of Hip Hop, saying “it’s not gangsta” for rappers to be killing each other. In fact, “it’s ruining f***ing everything,” she stressed on her IG Story earlier this week.
The very outspoken rapper appeared to have ruffled some feathers as she started out saying, “Hip Hop audiences are so ghetto and backwards sometimes,” along with an eye-roll emoji.
“We need an intellectual glow up f*cking pronto. We cannot be this addicted to/excited about such run-of-the-mill human sh**,” Azealia added.

“Knowing that most MEN and WOMEN IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY will exchange sexual favors for Job opportunities is not news. The difference is: these white actors who are sucking d*ck for lead roles aren’t shooting and killing one another!!!!”
But it didn’t end there. The rapper continued to express her opinion, explaining how the music industry goes on to make a huge profit from the demise of those rappers who’ve been senselessly murdered, noting that there needed to be an urgent change in the rap culture unless people wanted to continue witnessing the killings of Hip Hop artists.
“This Hip Hop murder sh*t really has to f*cking stop. It’s not fun. It’s not gangsta, it’s not cool, it’s like, it’s ruining f*cking everything.”
