Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Are Moving Forward With Their Divorce

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are moving forward with their divorce contrary to rumors that the celebrity couple are back together. New court documents revealed that Kim will take over their Hidden Hills mansion in California.

The court documents were filed at the Los Angeles County Court on Tuesday where it revealed that Kim will win the $60 million home she shared with Kanye and their four children throughout the marriage.

A day before Kim was officially granted the property, Kanye sold his Wyoming ranch for $11 million and purchased a beach home in Malibu for $57 million.

According to TMZ,the former couple reportedly negotiated a buyout price for the property and it was revealed earlier this year that Kim was expected to win the home although it was mostly designed by Kanye.

A source close to the couple said the decision was made due to their four children being raised at the Hidden Hills property.

Kim and Kanye purchased the home back in 2014 at a price of $20 million and remodeled the house and landscape from the ground up.
