Shocking new details were revealed surrounding the tragic death of Jelani Day. A coroner’s report states the young man’s organs and eyeballs were missing when he was found last month.

In an eye-opening report by the Chicago Sun-Times, The LaSalle County coroner revealed Jelani Day’s autopsy report where it described the condition of his body.

Day’s liver, spleen, and other organs were missing along with his teeth and eyes. A second report was conducted by the family’s private forensic pathologist who said Day’s jawbone was “sawed out.”

The 25-year-old aspiring doctor’s mother, Carmen Bolden Day, said it took about a month to have permission to see her son despite his body being positively identified through dental records and DNA samples. His body was finally released to the family on Sept. 29 so his body could be laid to rest.

Additionally, the report states Day’s body was maggot-infested due to time spent in the Illinois River and endured animal bites from turtles or fish. His genitals were also unrecognizable and appeared to be “flayed.”

However, the details surrounding his death are still unclear despite the numerous conspiracies from social media.
