Jay Z And Beyonce New Orleans Mansion Reportedly Up For Sale

Jay Z and Beyonce are reportedly selling their New Orleans mansion months after an arsonist tried to burn it to the ground. According to reports, the couple is letting the 13,000+ square foot home go for 4.45 million.

On July 22nd, the New Orleans mansion was in flames. Although, nobody was hurt it still took 22 New Orleans firefighters over two hours to put the fire out.

According to authorities, the fire appeared to have been started in the kitchen of the home on Wednesday evening, as firefighters found books inside of an oven, as well as gas can inside the home.

The New Orleans Fire Department told media that they were alerted of the fire when a smoke alarm was activated.

One man claiming to be an eyewitness to Wednesday’s fire told local tv station WGNO that he saw a man running from the home.

However, this isn’t the couples only home. In 2017 they purchased a Bel Air, California home for $88 million which is reported as one of the largest single-home purchases in the history of Los Angeles County.

The home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms inside. Of course anybody that can afford to move into their New Orleans mansion would love to live at place that the queen and Jay Z were living in.
