According to Yahoonews, Faith’s arrest happened back in December of 2019. Authorities made a visit to the facility the month before because they were receiving complaints that Faith had more kids coming to the facility than her license allowed. According to reports her license only allowed six.

Police received another tip later that Faith “possibly hiding” the children in the home. Police went to the home to search, but Faith stated there were no kids present. While the officer was there one of the kids started crying and he noticed backpacks on the floor.

Police stated Faith would not cooperate with them, but after searching the home they eventually located a false wall that led to a furnished basement where they seen 26 children and two adults.

Kim Marshall, who had two kids at the daycare, shared with KOAA-TV that they are still receiving counseling.
