T.I. And Tiny Will Not Be Charged For 2005 Sexual Assault & Drugging Allegations

T.I and his wife Tiny Harris, will not be charged for 2005 sexual assault and drugging allegations in Los Angeles.

The decision was made by prosecutors at a Los Angeles court after new documentation revealed that the case falls outside of the statute of limitations as it expired after 10 years.

According to TMZ, the couple’s accuser filed a police report earlier this year, claiming the couple drugged and sexually assaulted her after meeting at a club earlier that year.

T.I and Tiny previously accused of sexually assaulting another woman in Las Vegas in 2010 but the case had a similar outcome due to the statute of limitations.

Tony’s former best friend, Sabrina Peterson, was the one who compiled testimonies from the affected to create a Surviving R.Kelly-style documentary to expose the couple’s alleged sex ring and trafficking.

According to Sabrina, she will drop her lawsuit against T.I and Tiny if they apologize to her.

However, T.I refused to tender any apology.
