O.J. Simpson Reveals He Avoids Los Angeles Because He Might Be Sitting Next To The Real Killer: “I Really Don’t Know Who Did This”

O.J. Simpson recently spoke with Tim Graham of TheAthletic.com and revealed why he still has “trouble with L.A” and avoids going there.

While claiming his innocence again in the killing of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman, which happened 27 years ago, Simpson explained that “people may think this is self-serving, but I might be sitting next to whoever did it. I really don’t know who did this.”

Suggesting that the “real” suspect behind the crime may still be out there, the 74-year-old added, “I figured eventually somebody would confess to something, you know? I had one suspect I told my lawyers to look at. I still think he might be involved, but I can’t talk about it.”

As it was previously reported, the NFL Hall of Famer who played for the Buffalo Bills, was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman during the so-called “Trial of the Century” though he was found liable for the deaths at a 1997 civil trial.

Simpson’s defense immediatly challenged deputy Jeff Stuarts recollection and suggested Simpson’s discussion with Grier was a priviliged communication. Now, among the many topics covered by Simpson and Graham was a discussion about what life is like these days for “The Juice.”

“How many Americans, even today, wouldn’t like to live my life?” Simpson asked. “I don’t work. I play golf four or five days a week. I go out to dinner a couple of nights with friends. People want to buy me drinks. I’m always taking pictures with people. Ladies hug me.”

He went on to say,

“People truly care for me. You don’t know who truly cares about you until you’ve gone through some serious stuff, and I’ve gone through serious stuff. The media won’t say it, but that is my life. I’m living a good life now.”
