Mulatto Changes Her Controversial Name To ‘Latto’
Buzzing female rapper Mulatto, has been called out several times over her controversial stage name. The biracial rapper has been criticized for using the term as her stage name. Her real name is Alyssa Stephens.
Just in time, the 22 year old rapper has officially changed her name across most digital streaming platforms, Mulatto’s name has been switched to simply Latto.
The change first appeared when she was featured on Toosii’s new album, being credited as Latto. Her handle on social media remains @mulatto but we can only assume that her team is working hard to lock down the @latto name.

The new single was previewed last week when the 22-year-old rapped over a Supah Mario beat from her car.
She references the new name, saying, “New money, new crib, new whip, new name, I’m still that bitch.”
Hopefully, critics will let her be now!
